OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY
Established in 2009.
Message from the owner Micheal Berg:
My wife Cathy and I purchased Bob's not only because we wanted to start a business, but we also wanted to be involved in one that had a positive impact on the community. We're very happy that this business would also have a big impact on our vets. I worked over 30 yrs in the construction field as a plumbing foreman. I am finding that running a business is both challenging and rewarding. My wife, whom I have been happily married to for over 30 years, works as an RN. She also works with me part-time at the shop. We have two grown sons, Charlie and Joseph, five grand-kids and a spoiled pug named Bruno.
Bob's Mobility Freedom is a family-owned business, and we want to build a great reputation by providing excellent customer service. At Bob's the customer is always our top priority. We want our customers to feel like they are part of our family and many come back to our store just to visit. We truly appreciate their stories, jokes, and an occasional doughnut.
Our company has been in business for over 8 years and growing bigger each year. At Bob's Mobility Freedom, our motto is "Get your life back" and that is what our scooters are helping people accomplish. Our customers love being able to get around town with their mobility scooters. We are so happy to be part of the fastest mobility scooter on the market to help out many veterans, disabled and seniors to get their freedom back. We carry our own contracts, which make purchasing one of our scooters very affordable for our vets and disabled customers on a fixed income. We have an excellent service department with three experienced technicians. We also carry parts and batteries for power-chairs, electric scooters, mobility scooter/power-chair. Our technicians all trained to work on any mobility power chair and scooter brands like Pride, Jet, Merits, GoGo, Invacare, etc.
